Dunlop Adhesives has announced the appointment of National Account Manager, Steve Ball, and Assistant Brand Manager, Jane Deegan, as the specialist manufacturer of tile adhesives, grouts, finishing and ancillary products invests in personnel to strengthen its already unrivalled customer service offering as demand from merchants is at an all time high.
Formerly National Sales Manager for Plasplugs Ltd, Steve has over 18 years of industry experience and has worked with some of the UK’s top manufacturers and suppliers. His new role as National Account Manager will see him working to increase awareness of Dunlop Adhesives throughout the UK by working closely with the national sales team to seek new opportunities within Dunlop’s chosen markets and develop its existing customer base through innovation, service and support.
With her vast experience in the hospitality industry, Jane is now taking her skills and applying them to the ceramic tile industry. She will be responsible for helping to manage and drive activities to increase awareness of Dunlop’s products and make sure it is a competitive brand in terms of both price and quality. Developing key relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met at all times will also be central to her role as Assistant Brand Manager.
